The service
bgft is a personal AI companion you reach by text, on the web and in an app. It builds tools, plans and programs from what you tell it, keeps what it learns about you, and can act on your behalf with the services you connect. Anything that leaves on your behalf is shown to you exactly and waits for your key. It is in active development; features may change, and output may be imperfect. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice; use your judgment and consult professionals for important decisions.
Messaging terms
You opt in by texting our number. Message frequency varies with your use. Message and data rates may apply, per your carrier plan. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Plans and trial
Your first week is free and full, with no card. After it, bgft is one paid plan, monthly or yearly, at the price on the pricing page when you choose it. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time, and cancel at any time; what it built for you stays yours to export.
Acceptable use
Do not use bgft for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive, or attempt to disrupt or reverse the service. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
Your content
You own what you send us and what your Bigfoot builds for you. You give us the license needed to operate the service on your behalf. Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves; continued use after changes means acceptance.
